First Front Door Downpayment Assistance now open
First Front Door is a down payment grant program available to qualifying first time homebuyers in Pennsylvania. To find out more about the program visit firstfrontdoor.com. PA Homeowners Assistance Fund Now open
Pennsylvania homeowners who have experienced economic hardship due to Covid-19 can now apply for financial assistance through the PAHAF program. Eligible homeowners can apply for up to $30,000 or 24 months of mortgage payments, as well as financial assistance for taxes owed, HOA fees, and utility bills. Our housing counselors are available to help you fill out the application and answer any questions about the process. Contact us to set up an appointment.
Phase 4 Emergency rental assistance closed
Update 1/10/22: On January 7, 2022 the City of Philadelphia closed Phase 4 of the Rental Assistance Program. Anyone who has already applied is still eligible for funds. Find out more at phlrentassist.org.

Liheap applications are open
The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) will accept applications from October 18, 2021 to May 6, 2022.
LIHEAP is a cash and crisis grant program that helps low-income households pay for their heating bill.
