First Time Home Buyer Counseling Program

The first step in our First Time Home Buyer Program is to attend a group educational workshop. We host two workshops per month. Please call and register with us at least one week in advance if you are interested in attending. Upcoming workshops are scheduled for:Once you have attended a workshop, the next step in our program is to receive one-on-one counseling. Before starting this process, you will need to complete the following intake package and authorization form*:

First Time Homebuyer Workshops are on the following days:
Second Saturday of every month - 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

*Before we are able to schedule an appointment with you we must first receive a completed intake package, which may be submitted by mail, email, fax, or in person. Our contact information is listed on the intake packet and on our website. Once we have received this, we will contact you within 3 business days to schedule an appointment with you at our earliest convenience.
